Nutrition is Everything ! Not only do we need to understand what foods out there we should avoid because they are either unhealthy, processed, full of chemicals & pesticides , or just plain wrong, but we also need to know that each one of us has our own unique “constitution” - and therefore certain Foods are going to be naturally compatible with us , while certain foods we should avoid like the plague. What works for one person will most likely not work for another. So there is really no ultimate diet for all people. We need to find out what is most Compatible & ideal for ourselves, and even this can change.
I can tell you that I have been pretty strictly vegetarian & mostly vegan for the last 17 years. Regardless of the Philosophy - it is a way of life that yields a more “Clean” and “Pure” kind of a consciousness. When the body is running on plants (through the vegetarain diet) the energy runs much faster & more efficient. The mind is clearer and the heart is more stabilized. This is the Yogi Diet of ancient times.
One never knows how good it is possible to feel until you try it. If you have been eating red meats and pork all of your life then you have no idea what it can feel like on the other side. I had eaten meat without questioning it all of my life while I lived with my parents. It wasn’t until I went to college and left home that I started to meet vegetarians and tried it. I pretty much have been vegetarian since. It works for me ! Especially with being a Healer - I have alot of responsibility with energy & holding and helping people. I could never do it as a meat eater! It takes refinement to do this work and a diet of animal meats are just too dense and heavy.
In order to really lose the pounds that you want you need to first understand "Why" the body holds on to the extra weight and especially why it tends to hold it in those "places that you dont like" - such as tummy , backside , and face & Neck .. Its basically all an adjustment to Toxicity in the body ... Now the good news is that when you Properly rid the body of the toxicity , then the weight comes off fast .. Its a process , but it happens everytime .. The body doesnt want to be unnecessarily heavy no more than you do .. There is a reason for it ! The Body Lets go of weight when it no longer has reason to hold it ...
