For me, changing my negative mental attitude to a good one resulted in a completely different lifestyle, both personally and professionally. After i changed my mindset and increased my positivity, things actually changed for me, from failed startups to succesful new software apps. Here are five tips that helped me release my negative mentality and become more positive: Exhibit gratitude. One of the easiest ways to increase your positivity is to express gratitude. Being impressed by what you have at the moment immediately releases any negativity which you may be keeping onto. Gratitude instantly sets you in touch with the impression of love. Exactly where love resides, fear and all other negative feelings cannot. The best and a lot effective way to put into action gratitude in your life is expressing it every morning. Upon waking up, express 10 things are grateful for. This list can either be voiced out loud or within the confines of the mind, nevertheless they must be complete and come from your heart. Closing your sight can further help you feel gratitude. Be a giver. Many times, negative feelings can be brought on by focusing on the perceived negative aspects of your life. A lot of the world's greatest brains, including Oprah Winfrey, Will Smith, Tiger woods and Arnold Schwarzenegger, have been known to use the strength of creation to attract what they desire throughout life, so why aren't you? Start by closing your sight. Think of a positive event that occurred in your past. In your mind's eye, begin to see the event exactly as it took place. Place yourself within the event and feel the positive thoughts as they occurred. When you open up up your eyes, allow yourself to remain in this positive state. The consequences of creation can be multiplied if meditation is practiced ahead of time. Meditate. Meditation is one of the most effective ways to increase your positivity. The practice of meditation expands awareness within the individual and enables a clear connection between mind, body and heart. Through meditation, you can learn to release negative feelings that are possessing you back and hook up with your higher home. Discover a quiet and comfortable destination to sit, lie down or do whatever feels right to you. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and allow you to ultimately relax. Although breathing deeply, feel yourself letting go of all the thoughts you are holding onto. With each breathe, let go a little more. As you released, realize everything around you is manufactured out of love and allow yourself to live within this love.
